Vernon sidewalk chalk event brings community together

Thirty-eight children, three families and seven adults gathered in Vernon for an afternoon of creativity and community, transforming local sidewalks into colorful works of art.
Participants used sidewalk chalk and art supplies to fill the pavement with vibrant drawings and creative designs.
The event provided children and adults with an opportunity to spend time outdoors, express their creativity and connect with others in the community.
Laughter and colorful chalk filled the sidewalks as participants turned the pavement into a canvas for a memorable summer afternoon.
